XO Havana has developed a recycling solution that considers the full product lifecycle, from design through to end-of-use recovery.

Used or damaged electronic cigars should not simply be discarded with ordinary waste. Our programme provides a dedicated route for collection, recovery and recycling.

HOW IT WORKS

Four simple steps.

Keep them

Store your used or damaged XO Havana cigars in a drawer or box instead of throwing them away.

Receive the return kit

For qualifying orders, XO Havana provides a return envelope and prepaid shipping slip.

Send them back

Fill the envelope with your collected products and return it through an eligible postal or reseller collection point.

04

Recover & recycle

Batteries are extracted and processed for reuse, repackaging or recycling. Remaining components are sent to a recycling centre.
