This policy outlines the return and refund conditions for products purchased through the online store XOHAVANA.COM, operated by LIBRENTEZ.

Can I return my products?

• At xohavana.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below.

  Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period) You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) physically receive the goods, without giving any reason.

  To exercise this right, you can:

  • Use the online “Withdraw from the contract” functionality on our website, or

  You must then return the product(s) within 14 days of notifying us, in their original, complete, and intact packaging, unused, and in perfect resale condition. Return shipping costs are borne by you.

  Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons, or products that deteriorate quickly.

  Refunds If your withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse all payments received (including original delivery costs) using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or the returned goods, whichever is later).

  Returns for Non-Conformity or Delivery Error If the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 2 working days after delivery. We will provide a return number and cover the return shipping costs.

  Warranty All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law. Manufacturer warranties (if any) are additional.

  • Send the package by registered Colissimo or equivalent tracked service to the address we provide.
